The venue is a grade II listed Victorian building, situated in the heart of beautiful Derbyshire-England.  

A public park laid out in 1890 as part of the Whitworth Institute is open to the public 365 days a year. The park contains several ponds, an ornamental lake and a wide variety of trees as well as various planted areas; home to numerous indigenous and migrating wildlife, Whitworth Park is a beautiful, tranquil, serene, landscape to walk, run, picnic, read, play, meet and interact with other members of the community or visitors to the peaks.
